2. Initially extensions come with Call Forward disabled. If you would like to setup Call Forward simply enter the 10 digit phone number in the field, then select Edit Settings.

**Call Forwarding may be managed from a registered device by dialing *72 or *73.

Phone Settings such as Call Forward, and Find me Follow Me will not work once inside of a group. If you would like to have calls forwarded directly from one of your DID's, then you must assign the Inbound Route directly to that extension.

In case of an internet/power outage at your business locations, you will lose VoIP phone connectivity to the MyOffice PBX servers.

However, unlike a traditional PBX, the service is hosted in the cloud. By setting up fail over actions for Auto Attendants, and groups you can make sure that calls will be delivered. You also have the options to setup Find-Me/Follow-Me or Call Forwarding for each user extension.

For assistance on setting up fail-over options contact us.
