  1. Tell us how many lines you will need.
    Unlike your local phone company, your phone lines are delivered virtually via your high-speed internet connection.  So, to begin sign up, select the number of lines your business will need.  Each line will support one concurrent call - we do not charge for extensions.


  2. Choose your primary business phone number
    Next, you will select your primary business phone number.  We provide phone numbers to over 90% of the USA and Canada.  Even if you plan to move your existing phone number to MyOffice PBX, you will first need to choose a new primary phone number.  Once, you have completed your sign up process, you will be able to log into your administrative control panel, and begin the process for transferring your existing phone number(s) to MyOffice PBX.

  3. Provide your contact information
    Next, you will enter basic contact information for your business (name, number, email, etc.).

  4. Provide emergency 911 information
    MyOffice PBX provides emergency 911 support for your business.  Therefore, you will need to provide the address that will be used by first responders in the event of an emergency.

  5. Provide your billing Information
    Finally, you provide the payment information.  We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee,so don't worry.  If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, just cancel within 30 days and we'll refund your money - no problem!

With MyOffice PBX, you pay-per-line, not by extension.  So each virtual extension you add to your PBX is free.

In order to ensure the highest level of voice quality, we recommend that an additional 90 Kbps of internet bandwidth (per active call) be allocated above your current data consumption.

Yes, emergency 911 calls over VoIP devices are managed through e911 procedures.  

Emergency 911 calls over standard phone lines are handled by the phone carrier for those phone lines.

Our service includes unlimited domestic USA & Canada long distance inbound and outbound calling. This includes toll free inbound and outbound calling. For international calls, we offer very competitive per minute rates.

In case of an internet/power outage at your business locations, you will lose VoIP phone connectivity to the MyOffice PBX servers.  

However, unlike a traditional PBX, the service is hosted in the cloud. By setting up fail over actions for Auto Attendants, and groups you can make sure that calls will be delivered. You also have the options to setup Find-Me/Follow-Me or Call Forwarding for each user extension.
