How to Configure Find Me Follow Me

1. Click on the Find Me Follow Me menu.

2. In the Settings for Extension 6842(example) section, select the desired Initial Extension Ring Time, and if you want to Ring All Simultaneously.

3. The Initial Extension Ring Time must be between 1 and 60 seconds.

2. In the Add Number section, there is the option to change Number Type to either System Extension, or External Number.

3. If choosing a System Extension all other extensions (Except Auto Attendant and your extension) will become available.

4. After choosing the desired Extension, click Add Number.

5. If adding an External Number, fill in Number, and Ring Time. The Description line will automatically be filled in for a System Extension.

6. After clicking Add Number, there will be on screen confirmation of the external phone number, Ring Time and Description.

 7. If multiple numbers are available, there is the option to Increase Priority or Decrease Priority.

Find-Me/Follow-Me can only be setup for the use of U.S, Canada, and Toll-Free numbers, when entering numbers the Country Code (1) is not needed.

In case of an internet/power outage at your business locations, you will lose VoIP phone connectivity to the MyOffice PBX servers.
