How to Create Time Based Routing

  1. From the Control Panel click on Scheduling then select Time Based Routing.

  3. Next enter a Route Name.

  5. Then choose a destination for calls to go during unscheduled hours.

  7. Next click Create Route.

    Time Based Routing Schedule

     
  9. Next you will choose a schedule for the routing to operate on as well as a forwarding destination then click Add Schedule.

  11. Finally assign a direct dial number by clicking on Manage Numbers.
