How to Create Time Based Routing
- From the Control Panel click on Scheduling then select Time Based Routing.  
- Next enter a Route Name.    
- Then choose a destination for calls to go during unscheduled hours.  
- Next click Create Route.    
- Next you will choose a schedule for the routing to operate on as well as a forwarding destination then click Add Schedule.    
- Finally assign a direct dial number by clicking on Manage Numbers.
