1. From the Control Panel select manage.
2. Manage Services page will appear.
3. This will allow you to Change Trunk Count.
4. Your options here are to increase or decrease your trunk count.
5. After the change is made, click Change Trunk Count. A dialogue box will appear asking you to confirm the changes made, after clicking ok there will be a confirmation of the new amount of trunks.
