How to Add/Manage Group Extensions
1. From the Control Panel, click on the Groups menu, then select Add.
2. Next you will create an Extension Name and Extension number as well as a Ring Type and the Overall Ring Timeout.
3. Then you will choose a Overall Fail Action as well as End of List Action
4. After filling out the information click Add Group.
5. Lastly you will be able to Add User Extensions and select a direct dial number for the group.
*Extension features such as Find Me/Follow Me and Call Forwarding are unavailable inside a group.
