Can i purchase phones from MyOffice PBX?
Can I use my own phones?
  • Yes.  MyOffice PBX provides a "Bring your own device" option for VoIP phones.  So, if you already have VoIP phones or you can simply configure them to connect to our network (our technicans can help). 
How much bandwidth will I need for my VoIP phones?
  • Generally, a MyOffice PBX call will use 90 kilobits per second (kbps) of bandwidth for the duration of the call. Your exact needs will depend on the call volume and call patterns at your company.
How much technical skill is involved in the setup of MyOffice PBX phones?
  • When you purchase phones from MyOffice PBX, your phones will arrive "plug-n-call" ready. So, all you have to do is connect your pre-configured VoIP phones to your internet router and power outlet (...that is if you don't have "Power Over Ethernet" ...and that's it. You're ready to begin using your new business phone system.
Can we use our existing phone numbers with MyOffice PBX services?
  • Yes, we can transfer your numbers from your existing service provider to us.  We'll even give you temporary numbers during the transfer process.
