1. To listen to a voicemail, click on the Voicemail menu, then select Listen to.
2. This menu will show any voicemails for the Extension, and/or Groups. If any voicemails are present they will show the Date Received, Status, From, Listen, and Length.
3. To Listen to a voicemail, click the Listen link.
4. Each voicemail can be Deleted, Marked as Read, or Marked as Unread.
5. The Check Box can be used to manage multiple voicemails.
