How to Manage Call Recording
Call recording can be setup for any extensions. There is an option to have call recordings transfer to your FTP Server. *If you do setup your account to have call recordings go to the server, they will not appear in the administration portal and all recordings will push at 12 a.m.
- From the Control Panel click on the Sounds menu, then select Call Recording.  
- Next select the extensions that you would like to record the click Apply Changes.  
- After an extension has been selected for recording the light will turn green.
 
 
- Any recordings from extensions will appear on the right hand side of the page, recordings can be filtered by extension, duration, and size.  
- A call recording will remain in the portal for 30 days until it expires. There is no option to delete files from the portal.
