How to Manage Caller ID

1. From the Control Panel go to the Services menu and select the Manage option.

2. In the Manage Numbers section, select the Edit  button.

3. If there is only one number, it will become the Default Caller ID. Otherwise there will be an option to choose between multiple numbers.

4. There is the option to set a Group, Extension, Time Based Route, Auto Attendant, or None as the Default Caller ID.

5. After selecting the preferred Destination, click Update.

**When assigning a DID to a specific user extension they will have the option to set that DID as their Caller ID.
