How to Manage Inbound Routes

In order to receive Inbound Calls, you must first assign a Forward Type and Destination.

1. From the Control Panel go to the Services menu and select the Manage option.

2. In the Manage Numbers section, select the Edit  button.

3. Each DID can be set to a different route.

4. There is the option to set the route to a Group, Extension, Time Based Route, Auto Attendant, or None.

5. After selecting the preferred Destination, click Update.

**When assigning a DID to a specific user extension they will have the option to set that DID as their Caller ID.
