Call Recording can be controlled on an extension by extension basis.  It provides administrators the ability to enable recording for as many extensions or as few extensions as they need. Activation of call recording is set from your Admin Control Panel. Once enabled, calls are recorded automatically, with no need to push a button.  All of the recordings are saved on your secure password protected account on our servers.  Alternatively, they can also be stored on any FTP accessible server.  You can easily download and share the recordings at any time or play them directly from your User Portal. 

Administrative call recording is available with every MyOffice PBX account.
